Dr. Noor completed his interventional pain management fellowship in Los Angeles at Keck Medical Center of the University of Southern California. Prior to this, he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami, Florida. He then served as chief resident in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. It was during his time in residency that he developed an interest in treating chronic illness and pain through a multimodal approach, leading him to pursue subspecialty training in interventional pain management at USC in Los Angeles, California. Aside from his clinical work, he has given presentations at many medical conferences, such as the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, North American Neuromodulation Society, and American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine. He continues to publish his work in many medical journals and textbooks concerning the science and art of pain management and anesthesiology. Dr. Noor is fluent in Farsi/Dari. He joined Pain and Rehabilitative Consultants Medical Group in July of 2023.
