Timothy Lo

Dr Lo, a graduate of Mount Sinai Medical School in New York, obtained his neurology training at The Neurological Institute at Columbia University Medical Center, and completed his fellowship in pain medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard Medical School. He is trained in interventional pain procedures, is board certified in Neurology and performs electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS). Dr. Lo received a Masters in Public Health from the University of California in Berkeley and is a medically-trained acupuncturist, a member of the American Pain Society, International Association for the Study of Pain, American Academy of Neurology, and the American Headache Society. He joined Pain and Rehabilitative Consultants Medical Group in July 2007.

Xiaoke Gao

Dr. Gao hails from Beijing, China, where she earned her medical degree at Shangxi Medical College.  She then went on to complete a Masters Degree in Neuropsychopharmacology at the Beijing Academy of Medical Science. Dr. Gao earned her PhD in Neuropsychopharmacology at New York University (NYU) Medical Center’s Department of Psychiatry. She remained in New York City where she completed her neurology residency at NYU Medical Center and then went on to pursue an EMG fellowship at Bellevue Hospital. Dr. Gao has managed a successful private practice in New York City for 28 years, expanding to two primary care clinics in midtown and Chinatown.  In addition to her clinic work, Dr. Gao is an assistant professor of Clinical Neurology at NYU Medical Center and Cornell School of medicine. She acts as an attending physician at NYU Downtown Hospital, now is NYP lower Manhattan Hospital and NYU Tisch Hospital now is NYU Langone hospital. Currently, it is her most valued commitment (her family) which brings her to PRCMG in California.  As she has a new granddaughter with whom she wants to spend as much time as possible, she is transitioning gradually from the East Coast to offer neuro treatment and evaluation to our patients in the Bay Area and Sacramento regions. Dr. Gao is a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry, a Member of the American Academies of Neurology and was a member of Pain Management, the American Association of Neuro-Rehabilitation and the American Board of Sleep Medicine.

Binwant Singh

Binwant received a BSN degree from Cal State San Marcos in 2017 and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2019.  He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and speaks Hindi and Punjabi.

Andrea Waldman

Andrea graduated with a Master’s of Science in PA Studies in 2015 from Touro University in Nevada. Prior to joining Pain & Rehabilitative Consultants Medical Group, she worked for nearly 5 years in Emergency medicine, followed by 2 years in Hematology/ Oncology.

 

Angela Luu

Angela Luu earned a Master’s of Health Services in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Davis, Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing. She comes to us with a background in pain management. Angela is fluent in Cantonese and receptive in Vietnamese. She joined Pain and Rehabilitative Consultants Medical Group in August of 2023.

Carrie Voyce

Carrie earned her Masters in Nursing and FNP qualification from Sonoma State University in 2011.  With over 8 years as a nurse practitioner and 15 additional years as a registered nurse she has a breadth of experience in many areas of healthcare from cardiology and acute care to dermatology, obstetrics and prenatal care, family medicine and orthopedics.

Christina Hoskins

Christina Hoskins, JD, MSPAS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Before joining PRCMG, she graduated with her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. After realizing her true passion for patient care, she graduated with her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. She specializes in treating concussive brain injuries as well as musculoskeletal injuries and had been practicing at another PM&R clinic as the Senior PA-C offering a variety of treatments including occipital nerve blocks and trigger point injections and coordinating care with other interdisciplinary specialists. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her wife and two dogs, traveling, hiking, cooking, and discovering new restaurants.

Christine Zavala

Christine earned a Master of Physician Assistant studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2016 and is a certified Physician’s assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician’s Assistants.  With a passion for, and over 3-years of experience working in pain management, she works primarily in the Rohnert Park location of PRCMG and is bilingual, with fluency in English and Spanish

Donny Cho

Donny Cho graduated with a Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University in June 2011.  He also graduated with a Master in Public Health from Touro University.  He joined Pain and Rehabilitative Consultants Medical Group in August 2011.  He is also a member of the California Association of Physician Assistants.

Melika Kalali

Melika is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in the treatment of traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and musculoskeletal injuries. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt University after completing her Bachelor of Science at the University of California, Davis. Melika has clinical experience in offering a range of treatments, including occipital nerve blocks (ONB), trigger point injections (TPI), Botox therapy, cryotherapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, to manage persistent migraine headaches and musculoskeletal pain. Recognizing the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to healing, she excels in coordinating care with other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient management. In her spare time, Melika enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, practicing yoga, and learning new skills.
