Kandarp Shah

MD, MPH

Dr. Shah is a physician trained in Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine who believes that healing is about more than treating an injury—it is about helping people get back to the life they want to live.

His clinical interests include pain, musculoskeletal conditions, traumatic brain injury, rehabilitation, and human performance, particularly how health and injury affect both work and everyday life. As a primary treating physician, Dr. Shah works closely with patients and the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop individualized plans focused on restoring function, confidence, and independence.

Dr. Shah completed his Internal Medicine internship at San Joaquin General Hospital, followed by Preventive Medicine residency training at the University of Wisconsin. He earned his Master of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, with a focus on health systems leadership and policy, and holds a certificate in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Harvard University.
