Mariah Aiyana is a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist who earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology and her Master of Science in Speech Pathology from California State University, Sacramento. She completed her graduate studies in 2011 and has dedicated her career to supporting adults with neurological and medically complex conditions, focusing on cognitive-communication rehabilitation and swallowing disorders. She values interdisciplinary collaboration and believes meaningful recovery is built through evidence-based practice, compassionate listening, and collaborative partnerships that honor each patient’s goals, strengths, and lived experience. Her clinical practice is continually informed by emerging research and inspired by the ways that neuroplasticity, resilience, and creativity enhance recovery and independence.
