Dr. Bette Maisel is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. She provides psychological services to individuals experiencing chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, and other complex medical conditions as part of PRCMG’s interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Dr. Maisel has clinical interests in rehabilitation psychology, trauma, chronic pain, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and family systems. She utilizes evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and values a collaborative, compassionate approach to helping patients improve functioning, build resilience, and enhance quality of life.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Maisel serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Wright Institute, where she teaches graduate-level family therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, spending time outdoors, and exploring California with her family.
