PROGRAM SCOPE

A medical and therapeutic program designed to eliminate physical dependency on narcotics/ opioids, which allows patients to betterparticipate in their rehabilitation. Our program includes medical, psychosocial, and educational components. Patient will be fully supervised on a daily basis while on site, and have 24/7 on-call telephone support available to them, as needed

GOALS OF PROGRAM

• Eliminate physical dependency on narcotis/opioids in an outpatient setting
• Assess medical and psychological needs of patient for appropriate treatment during program
• Educate patient in process of the detoxification process, during tapering of medications, and aftercare implications
• Provide specific assistance to each patient for ongoing support

OUR TWO-WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Medical and Psychology evaluations prior to program inclusion
• Patient contract for commitment to program
• Pre/Post urine screening
• Daily Medical and Psychological Check-in and Check-out
• Initial patient education on the process of detoxification
• Establish 24/7 on-call telephone support for patient
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during initial inclusion, withdrawal and stabilization
• Daily Physical Therapy training
• Biofeedback for stress management
• Nutritional counseling
• End of program reports to referral source

PROGRAM PARAMETERS

• 2 weeks in length, 5 days per week, 4 hours per day
